Location

The main building is a villa of 500 square meters, developed on the ground floor, with an L-shaped plan.

An independent entrance leads to four large double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The rooms can be equipped with a third bed on request. There are no architectural barriers and the rooms and bathroom entrances allow the passage of any devices for the disabled. Two large rooms with wide windows overlooking the park and comfortable lounges provide a place for socializing and resting.

There is ample and convenient parking inside the farmhouse.

The property is located in the countryside just 4 km away. from the city center. The property is just 12 minutes’ drive away from Torrechiara with its famous castle nestled on the hills, 15 min away from the Magnani Rocca foundation and 20 min from Langhirano, while the Parma fairs are 15 min away.

The Park and the Swimming Pool

The guests can enjoy a swimming pool of 60 square meters and spend relaxing moments in the park of over 6,000 square meters with old cedar trees. Sunbathing areas equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and barbecue are adjacent to the pool.

 

A spacious porch is available to guests, where they can grill and eat outside.

The main Lounge

In the ample, cosy lounge, the guests can spend time together. Tables and sofas are available to guests for various activities.

The rooms

The bright and spacious rooms overlooking the park contain wardrobes, tables and everything you need for a good overnight stay. A kettle is available to prepare hot infusions on your own.

Each room has its own private bathroom with shower and a courtesy set containing the body soaps and sanitized towels is provided.

History of the Location

The whole structure was built by a family of entrepreneurs in the tomato industry at the end of the 1960s. The main building was designed by architect Sergio Bertani, it preserves its history in the original furniture, in the luminous Murano chandeliers and in the brick fireplace, maintaining several vintage peculiarities of those years..
